After 3 repairs still doesn't work as promised
This downdraft is supposed to rise to functioning height after pressing the button for 2 seconds. Upon installation, you had to hold the button down to get it to functioning height, and if you hold it for too long it begins to descend back into the counter top. After a new part and repair of a brand new appliance it would raise to almost functioning height. You again had to hold the button to get it to the required height. Second part and repair has us back to where we started - having to hold the button down while the draft is raising. Not sure what Elica will do now to resolve this issue.
