Wonderful night sleep. When I sleep, I move side to back and fold my ear. It is painful for days if I sleep that way for long. This is no longer a worry and I put a flat pillow under the new one for added height which keeps my neck perfectly aligned, too.

It's small but ok

This pillow is fine, however for my preferences i should've purchased a full sized pillow hence only 4 stars. If you change positions alot through the night this one is small and you have to position your head exactly right each time, a full and pillow with the recess in the center would allow easier position change to each side of head. I'll use it to travel with at hotels.

This has been great for sore ears. I even took it to the hospital with me after neck surgery and it came in very head.it's very soft and non irritating to sore ears and the side of your face

This isn't an "ear piercing pillow", as it reads. It's a comfort pillow for wearing pierced earrings at night. It works fine - but it needs to have a removeable cotton pillow case - maybe 2 zippers - one in the donut hole and one around the outside edge. Some engineering mind could figure this out!?!? Anyway, it's gross not to wash pillows.

I have an industrial piercing that is in the process of healing and this pillow helped me sleep on my left ear where the piercing is. Fabric is soft, it’s not flat, it does support your head, and it’s not a big pillow.

I recently had surgery to repair my inner ear. I had to sleep in a reclined position for the first week, but when I finally got to lay down, this pillow was perfect. It is the exact firmness and my sleep quality was improved.

Cuts off blood flow in my neck due to over stuffing. Not comfortable at all

it was rather uncomfortable so I don't use it. It's too hard

I got this for my Mom. She gets a sore on her ear from sleeping on it! It works great!

It is as it’s described, arrived promptly and in vacuum sealed bag. But hole circumference is small and easy to bump ear-defeating the purpose…additionally pillow is very stiff. I found it very uncomfortable to sleep on
