I used this pad for my knees when I use an ab roller and it’s the beat cushion I’ve ever had. Very thick, soft cushion, not too big. I done 50 reps no knee pain. I recommend this product.

Good and cushy for doing both Nordic curls on your knees, as well as on-heel foot raises for the tibial is. Could be a bit gripper, as horizontal pressure makes the pad slip on the floor.
