The sustainable material quality is excellent. The item is very attractive.Customer service followed up with me as a courtesy.Lots of storage capacity as it is quite large but convenient size footprint.I have only recently purchased it but it seems quite sturdy.

“I’ll take full accountability for this — I love it! It’s beautiful and looks just like the picture. However, since it’s shipped folded, it still has that bendy shape when you first unpack it. I guess I just need to let my clothes pile up inside to help it take on the oval shape shown in the photos.”

This woven rope basket is great for laundry. Its solid enough to carry a full load. Quality is great.

Creased like crazy
Good but it comes folded and those creases have not come out at all since purchased (writing now 5/6/2025)

Perfect!
This basket is exactly what I needed! The cloth material is sturdy but soft, and it holds its shape nicely. It’s the perfect size to hold random stuff around the house—blankets, toys, laundry, you name it. I also love that there are a lot of color and size options to choose from, so it was easy to find one that matched my space. Super handy and looks cute too. I’ll probably grab a couple more!

Great basket!
Great basket, it’s plenty big and is much more aesthetically pleasing than an old basket in the corner of the bedroom. Does get a little crinkly at the bottom if you don’t stuff a lot of stuff in it at the beginning but otherwise great
