This is a really nice tent. It can fit two adults comfortably - and you can sit up without your head hitting the roof. There are vent windows that you can unzip, which can let in a nice breeze. It does a decent job otherwise blocking the wind. I haven’t used it in the rain just yet, but I did use it on the beach, and the tarp helped keep the inside dry. It is very easy to open and assemble. It was kinda tricky to close at first, but once you get the hang of it, it’s no problem. It is also pretty light weight considering its size. It also did a nice job making shade and keeping us cool in the sun.

We recently purchased this tent and just used it for camping this past weekend. It was extremely easy to set up and take down. It held up well in light rain and we were warm and toasty at night in 45 degree weather. The fact that the rainfly is already attached to the tent makes it a breeze to set up in wet conditions. The stakes it comes with are not the highest quality, so you may want to purchase those separately, but that was the only downside. The tent had plenty of space for myself, my husband and our gear. Three people would fit snugly. The vestibule is lovely and gave us a place to dry out our wet shoes and store items we didn't want to get wet in the rain without bringing them into our tent. We will definitely be purchasing poles so we can set up the front of the vestibule (as those do not come with the tent). It is on the heavier side, but that is a reasonable compromise to make for the sake of convenience. It is ideal for car camping, but you would definitely not want to hike with this. It is about the size of a "pack-n'-play." This is not a tent you stand up in, but it's rounded design keeps it from being blown off by strong winds and we did not feel at all cramped. I would recommend this for families and for those who are casual campers or "glampers." It would make a great gift for those just starting to camp as it is very simple and intuitive.

Rated this initially as 4 stars and then down to 1 as it broke at the knuckle after only a few uses. Since then revising as the company did reach out and has made it right. We had a knuckle on the tent break and there is no easy repair, had to get the tent replaced under warranty. Thanks for the good customer service. Bought this tent for use on scout campouts. Easy to setup, worked well through a few light rains, but will not withstand heavier rainstorms without soaking your gear, more a lightweight easy summer/fall tent. It does keep dry most all times, just not during heavy downpours, but most tents wont. The tent is a bit bulky for backpacking, but the bulk is acceptable as this tent is 1,2,3 UP! I have enjoyed this tent to not have to fiddle in the dark with poles etc. I would buy another!

The Night Cat tent sets up easily, but even nicer is the way it collapses, folds up and fits easily in its bag. My previous experience with tents is that it take several tries to properly fold and compress the tent so that it will stuff it back into the bag...not so with the Night Cat, which is a breeze to take down and put back in its bag. Although my Night Cat arrived with a very small hole (half a millimeter diameter) in one of the walls, the Night Cat tent appears well made, with water proof tape on all seams. I like that the tent has two doors, because it makes it easier to leave the tent without waking others. Thanks to four screens (on each of the two doors and two side panels at the roof) it also has good air flow preventing the buildup of condensation. I have used the tent only once since purchasing, in dry and warm conditions, and I feel that I can recommend this tent.
