Just noticed I ordered this 19 times, and if my math is right, I'm taking this vitamin 6 years now. I've never been really sick since then, just one time, 2022 I think, I had a cold, which was actually corona, but very light. I only lost my smell and felt really weak. When you examine multivitamins for either men or women, this vitamin has an amazing balance of good ingredients. For the B6, it uses P-5-P, not the cheaper HCL as most have. The B vitamins are methylated, which is definitely more costly, but it makes them more bioavailable, especially for people with a methy gene defect. I just wish they were a bit more potent, since most of us do not absorb nutrients well as we age. Maybe 1-1/2 capsules is the charm??
