Customer Service
Good product. The seal failed though the seller sent a replacement part under warranty. I was not expecting the customer service (Seller - The Eleven Dragons) to be this decent. It took time but I'm happy with the end result.

Length mismatch
The length mentioned on the product page is 430mm but received only 320mm. I have done a replacement but still the same 320mm product only received. But the quality is ok for this price.

This is good product as the expansion of height is 5.5" inches than other products of just 5" inches. Prompt delivery and Seller kept the promise of what he has given in description. I recommend this product.

It's a genuine Review after using this product for sometime. 1. Used product Delivered as it was already opened when out of the box and used for some days 2. There was a noise from the hydraulic 3. NOT RECOMMENDED, Hydraulic stop working and now chair is tilting
