I think the listing is a bit misleading, as it says it has a refill, giving the impression that I get a extra refill, but it is just the one that fits into the unit. I don't imagine you can purchase the device without the refill bottle? Anyway apart from that I really love the fragrance, keeps the bedroom smelling delightful now the cooler weather has arrived, and I'm banned from opening the windows. The occasional waft of fragrance is pumped out at regular intervals; just enough, so never overpowering.Really good value at the moment; the price has actually dropped in the last week on a couple of the fragrances, so I have bought another.

Last time I used a scent machine was one that emmited vapour from the top every half hour or so, which was ok, but could not smell it enough. So I thought I'd give this plug in a go, omg am I so glad I did, my home smells geourgous, got one on landing so upstairs smells nice got one in hall so downstairs smells nice. Such a great buy

I like these. I only use them on the minimum setting so you get a slight, unobtrusive, background smell that is very pleasant. I tried them on a higher setting and found the scent to be a little overpowering. Keep them on minimum and they will last for ages.

Great smell for the first couple of days then nothing! I've turned the lid several times but it makes no difference. Won't buy again.

At first I was worried it would be overwhelming, but not really. It gives a nice scent to your room. I like that you can choose how strong the smell comes out. I put it to the minimum and it's just perfect. I had it for a while and it's still going.
