I had been looking for a block of knives for awhile and when I saw this set from D.Perlla I didn't hesitate to buy them after reading all the specs. The price was great for a 16-piece set. And the stainless steel look is great. The bread knife is a bit shorter than I personally would like but I'm used to using a long one and this one still works fine slicing bread loaves or rolls. The knives are sharp and stay that way as long as you use the steel sharpening rod before use. And after every use I immediately wash the knives mildly and dry them then I put 'em right back in the block. I refuse to let these knives get even a spec of rust!! I highly recommend these, the block looks great on my counter and they all work great for any cutting or chopping I need.

These knives have honestly changed our kitchen. We have been using subpar knives for years and decided to buy these in the sale. They cut anything, are sturdy and comfortable to hold. The steel handles grip well and look great. The knives are lightweight and the block is sturdy. All together a great purchase.

Wow, not the cheapest nor the most expensive but absolutely great. The knives are extremely sharp and have held that sharpness for over two months of quiet heavy use. They look stylish and perform better than previous more experience (celebrity) knifes and blocks I have had in the past. The no seam handles make them easy to keep clean, the fact the block includes both scissors, which are also excellent quality, and a steel for sharpening keeps everything in one place and even my husband can find the scissors instead of staring in a draw saying ‘I can’t find the scissors’ that alone is worth the price of this excellent product.

Have had these for a few months now, theyre sharp and ive had no need to sharpen them, i will say though that these get little rust spots on them that the dishwasher cant get off so sometimes you need to hand wash them, asside from that theyre good knives

Good but NOT the ones I wanted

Around 6 months since these were purchased and they’re holding up well. No real signs of deterioration on any of the knives or the holder with daily use and regular dishwashing. Probably not as sharp as when they first arrived but that’s to be expected. I like that they have no plastic handles that inevitably fall off or become loose. Very happy with them overall, especially for the price.

The knives are great, very sharp. However 7months on the scissors have rusted and broken in the centre. I can’t contact the seller to get a replacement etc.
