I cannot promote this product enough, it does exactly what it says. I have used this every day since receiving it. My heels have never looked so good; I can see the healing process taking place on my heels and the difference it has made is visible. There is the smallest area of hard skin left and this will soon be gone. This is cost effective and great value for money.

Over the winter my wife has suffered from dry chapped heels. I purchased this product with more hope than expectation. I have been applying the product for three days now morning and night. There has been some slight improvement so we just have to see how things progress. I have to say I remain doubtful whether the product is good value for money. It is extremely difficult to apply which is the major disadvantage. The ointment is very hard and difficult to extract from its container. It is also quite gritty on the heel. Stll it may work. Time will tell.

I have been using Scholl's products for many years. This one is clearly the best not only due to the quality of the balm but also thanks to the very comfortable dispenser. The necessity of applying the balm with my hand sometimes puts me off and I use it less frequently. However this applicator is designed in such a way that you don't have to touch the greasy balm with your hand and can use it a few times throughout the day. There is less need for filing the cracked skin ofc and the difference is very visible. There were a couple of reviews complaining about the "mold" which is funny. What looks like mould is just the was the balm looks. It cannot be moldy by its chemical qualities. Highly recommend.

Worked fast, easy to apply

I purchased this in conjunction to a second cream, and it was very helpful. My mom had very badly cracked heels to the point of bleeding, and I bought this for her to use as a healing, moisturizer. It’s so easy to apply, keeps the hands clean, and keeps the feet soft, and moisturized. It also contains Epsom salts so it provides a light exfoliation. It’s hydrating, and protects the heels leaving them nice and soft

Where has this been my whole life? After my second pregnancy, I developed severely dry feet, leading to heel cracks and splits. It was incredibly painful. This product filled the cracks, and magically, improvements began. After three weeks, my feet are as soft as a baby's. I stay consistent every night, wear socks, and exfoliate every three days. It’s definitely worth the money! The moisturizing balm soothes the painful cracks; it’s thick but comfortable. This product has saved both my feet and my husband's. I highly recommend it. Wish I took a before and after picture.

Highly recommended this product , it’s a game changer for my cracked heels which never could be better after a series of pedicures , and now this balm I used only 3 to 5 nights and my heels completely converted into baby heels …. So much happy with this product , I regret why I could not take photos of before and after 😅 definitely will order again ( but one thing to make clear for other people with cracked heels I recommend use this balm and put silicone socks on heels , available also on amazon ) have super soft heels within 3 days and thanks me later 😅

I’ve tried so many products for cracked heels and this one is by far the best. Most urea creams don’t do much, but this actually works. I had deep, painful cracks (gross, I know), and within 7 days of applying it after my shower, they were almost completely gone. The stick makes it super easy to use — no mess, no fuss. Honestly the easiest and most effective heel care product I’ve found. Love, love, love this!
