Tampering?
The first time we ordered this product, when it arrived, outside plastic seal was intact, but INSIDE paper seal was torn open.We got refund, and ordered it again, figuring it was a fluke. Second one arrived, and it had the same problem--intact outer plastic seal, but torn inner paper seal.If there hadn't been a paper seal at all, I probably wouldn't have noticed. But since there were paper seals, and they were BOTH torn open, I'm concerned there may be tampering at point of manufacturing!
