The watch arrived exactly as pictured even though the box arrived damaged due to flimsy packaging. For the price paid, it is hard to make any real complaints. The watch was brand new, looks very elegant and works as expected. I was able to see the day of week and date with no problem. Once you figure out how to use it, the date and time has been pretty accurate. Not wanting to accidentally break the watch myself, I took my watch to have someone adjust the band and the guy took out about 5 rows (I have a tiny wrist) within a couple minutes. My only complaint is the watch didn't really glow in the dark very well. That was the main reason why I bought this watch. But because it looked so elegant and everything else was good, I am still happy. It is extremely hard to actually find a watch that really glows in the dark, at least in this price range. I think some of the reviewers are expecting this watch to behave like a $200 watch.

I love the look of this watch. However we did have to have 6 links removed as I am rather tiny. i was afraid it was going to look way tooooo big on my wrist but as it turns out it is just right. Having lens in my eyes I no longer need glasses or contacts for distance vision, but up close yes sir. This watch can be clearly seen, looks classy, and pairs well with casual business dress. The batteries however, uh just no, if you need it replaced take it to a jeweler as we did they also removed the links for me. The watch came beautifully and impressively packaged with instructions, no problem setting the time or date, just had to get used to the date format. All in all I would buy it again or recommend it to a friend.

I love how every thing is provided with the watch - tools to adjust belt, additional batteries. The watch is lovely too and it has day and date which is a big plus for me. Though i do agree it takes quite a few steps to adjust strap i think it's still doable. But i agree not everyone is that handy, still i think a one star review for not able to adjust strap is a little too much. There are many youtube videos explaining how to adjust straps. I guess what would help seller is providing a video in the descriptions of how to determine how many links to remove(had a hard time figuring that out, which resulted in too many steps) and step by step of how to go about adjusting it. If that is provided i will give 5 stars for this product. The instructions are present in the box but the print is too small and hard to read especially for older folks. On top of that trying to adjust the watch which itself has extremely small parts makes it all the more an awful experience. The instructions can be a bit bigger in font and with diagrams where possible. Overall i do recommend this product.

My poor mother's eyesight is diminishing rapidly. So much, that she could not read the dial on her Omega (she has given it to me--score!). Mum and I went to several sites and looked at many watches. She really liked the Olevs watch with the brown leather band. She cannot stop singing its superlatives. She has no issues reading the time and the leather band is a perfect fit. The watch face is beautiful. I am impressed that the watch came in a very pretty box with jeweler's tools to unscrew the backing of the watch to replace its battery. The box also came with two replacement batteries, and an extended band, probably for larger wrists. Not to sure about that. Lastly, the inexpensive price is a major plus.

Was a total waste i got the links out from one side and they won't come out on the other side the pins just sink and will not come out. I can't even wear the damn thing

This watch has a nice classic style; but I was disappointed that, instead of the band being made of links that stretched apart, it is more of a bracelet and way too big for my wrist (in the photo, my wrist is 6" where the watch sits) and I'd have to remove many links with the kit provided. I'm returning this watch and will look for another that I can wear right away. Besides, the date is too small to be read easily if you just glance at it--it is set in a space that is only 2mm high (less than 1/8")--and can't be read at all if it's 3:00 or quarter past any hour, because one of the hands completely blocks the space. The price is good if you don't mind having to adjust your new watch as soon as it arrives; but good luck with understanding the instructions (which don't include how to set the date)!

I needed a specific watch for flight attendant training and this one fit the bill. Classy looking without breaking the bank. Not sure how it will hold up but I am definitely impressed with the look of it.
