I’ve been using these silicone scar sheets consistently, and I’ve been genuinely impressed with how comfortable and effective they are. I had Total Knee Replacement 9 weeks ago. I'm not going to lie, it is rough. But, this product has worked great. I wasn't sure if it would stick to my knee with how much it bends and straightens, but there are no problems. It goes on easily and adheres well. I used A I and found that it is best to put it on a slightly bent knee so it is not too loose when your knee is straight and not too tight when it is bent. One of the best things I like about it is that it makes it so much easier to massage my scar. It was kind of creepy to me when I actually had to rub my scar when I was using a gel treatment at first. I can't speak to the final result yet as I have only used this tape for about two weeks, but I can already feel that it is not as raised and is much smoother (something that did not happen with the gel.) My physical therapist says it will really help my scar be less visible in the long run. I highly recommend this product! If you are reading this, chances are you have had TKR. Good luck with your recovery- Hang in there, it will get easier- slowly.

Excellent, Excellent. A strip does actually last a full week plus. It is soft, easy to use and a complete bargain for the price! I have had others that are either so flimsy they fall apart after one use, or too stiff and uncomfortable on a scar. Completely recommend!

The roll length is great—easy to cut to exactly what you need. It’s comfortable to wear and stayed on better than I expected. After regular use, it helped flatten and soften scar areas. Clean the skin first for best adhesion and wash/reuse the tape as directed.

My 3 yo daughter was stabbed in the face by a toy while playing with older siblings. It left a very deep nasty wound and needless to say the liquid stitches did not hold causing an even uglier indented scar. I started using Scar away gel. Which allowed the scar to heal very nicely… no infections, no keloid, no hypertrophic raising. However the scar was very noticeable after using the gel for 3 months. I purchased this silicon tape and the gel a week ago. I applied the gel alone every morning since we got it and at night I apply the gel and cover it up with the silicone tape. After 4 days and 3 nights I am very pleased with the improved appearance. The scar is still slightly indented (that may never change) but it looks much smaller in size and the color is much lighter and almost in line with her skin tone (we are black): Take aways: The scar away gel may have prematurely caused the indent due to using it before the ear was fully healed This product has definitely evened out the scar a bit (as in it is raised and more inline with the normal skin but not fully Not sure if the product would work as well if used alone. I notice a very small change every time I remove the tape in the morning and could imaging the progress if I used the product for several weeks My girl has very beautiful healthy skin, other scratches have healed impeccably without this product so she may have her own natural healing power, lol We begin this product 8 months after the accident. So the scar is considered new and still healing on its own for the first 12-18 months! I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THESE PRODUCTS TOGETHER. I will update with before and after photos soon!!!

This stuff is great, very sticky, easy to cut up, unsure whether helped with my scar as is primarily atrophic but I think it helped

I really like this tape! It was recommended to me by my plastic surgeon for my breast cancer scars because they were becoming bothersome and achy. I like that these are a barrier between the scar and clothing and seems to keep the scar moist and soft. The instructions say to cut to size. I thought I would save and cut them the length and width that I need but found they are so much easier to handle if I only cut them to the length that I need. I take them off and wash them in the shower, hang them to dry and use again about 4-5 times. I also use silicone gel but prefer the tape.
