I didn’t use this for the longest time, because the clasp ending up breaking on me, but I did get some use out of it before then. It’s really nothing more than a metal straw though. There isn’t any kind of resistance, which I think would have been helpful since it’s meant to be a tool to focus on breathing. I did end up taking some tape and covering most of one of the holes to give it some resistance. This has helped me since I bought this to try to help quit vaping.

Do not waste your money in this product… it’s NOT returnable and is not a good product. It’s a breathing straw to help with anxiety but it has a strong metal smell and tase! I didn’t see the non returnable clause otherwise I’d have not risk my money.

I bought this to help me quit vaping so I wish it had a plugged end and then I could plug one of the holes the necklace goes through and get a harder pull. It’s too complicated to do all of that with one hand while holding the other to pull so I’m going to have my fiancé rig something into the bottom and it’ll be perfect for my use. I also meditate and do pranayama and also feel it would help with a harder pull there too. Maybe make the unit with an optional plug?

It is exactly what I need for my anxiety attacks. The reason I did not give it a five star is because the tube part is a little too big for me. Overall good product! 👍

It works pretty well for what it's to do as long as you do not wear it. I had it on less than 6 hours after it arrived at my door. So glad it broke at home and not while at work. Horrible design, could have been made better and it would have lasted longer.

Decent for a budget-friendly version… I hold my tongue to it to make up for it not having a smaller internal diameter as pricier versions seem to have

This thing feels no difference than a straw, you would probably be better off using a straw as this thing provides no resistance to help slow your breathing down! It would be better if it had a ball bearing inside to help slow the breathing but it doesn’t, so it’s really pointless. It’s just a gimmick!
