I haven't bought these types of Lazar suspenders. I would think you should check with Amazon or the manufacturer about the size before buying them.

Yes. Bought these for my spouse that cannot keep pants up on his no butt. He wears them all the time. They keep his pants up and he is not pulling at them like his old suspenders. Highly recommend.

They are2 hook, and they are amazing quality, i was nervous the hook clasps would be bad quality, they are not , i weat them with almos all of my pants now lol, deff would recomend them
