Time Wasted
The vehicle was shifting poorly, I ordered this part, installed it, and then it would not shift out of first gear. It set two codes, one for shift control issues, and one for some other shift error ( I think it was 700 and 780). I reinstalled the original part, and now I'm back to where I started. At least it's drivable again. Don't waste your time.

Does not perform well.
This is an inexpensive alternative to the $325 OEM replacement part, however it caused the transmission to shift very hard, at all speeds through all gears. When you put the shift lever into drive, it takes the car 3.5 seconds to shift into drive and it shifts into first gear three times. I put my old dual linear solenoid back on, and even though it was slower shifting, it stopped having any of those sudden issues. I've requested a return with Amazon. I will say that it is high quality on the outside and it functions well electrically.
