I'm so disappointed with this item. I was very excited to receive it, however, when I removed it from the box and very thick buttle paper that it was wrapped in there was a hole in the bottom of the bottle and half of the juice had leaked out into the bubble paper that it was wrapped in, what a mess. Half of the gallon had leaked out and even now while it sits in my refrigerator it is sitting on very thick paper towels so it doesn't make a mess in my fridge. The product is delicious but I did not get as much as I paid for. Maybe the bottle was just defective.

Old negative reviews seem to be about the shipping and packaging being terrible. However, it seems like this has improved as their recent packaging has been almost excessive to compensate for the past.The price is awful, probably because of the long distance shipping, but I haven't found any alternatives. I wish they sold a dehydrated version that was more compact and had less shipping cost.The vitamin C content, if the label is accurate, is outstanding though. I add this to my kombucha ferments to make sure I always get my daily recommendation of Vitamin C.

I drank this in Maui just this year. We left there June 8. I love it. I'm not sure if you are to add half glass juice and other half water to not be so thick or may say gritty. It doesn't indicate on the container. It is a great value for what you get. Please let me know if I am to add water. Why does it need to drank by a certain date? Thank you.
