LIBRA3500lbs Electric Power Jack A-Frame Tongue Jack for Trailer & Camper

Looks like it was made to fit my pop up camper. I went from a manual extend and retract to this. Why did I wait so long. So here is what you do. You’re gonna take off 3 bolts, then lift your old lift out and throw it in the trash. Take your new lift out it in place of the old one. The holes will lineup exactly. Tighten. Then you will have one black wire. Connect that to the positive battle post. Then test. Super simple

I have only used it a few times so I dont know how it will hold up over time. I have it installed on my 28ft race car trailer that has a golf cart up front. I am surprised at how well this jack does. It lifts very slow so it must have a very high gear ratio which is fine by me. It doesnt seem like the motor is struggling at all to lift my trailer. I tried the handle that comes with it and it lifts the trailer pretty easily too. So thats comforting that in an emergency if the lift didnt work that you can use the handle with ease. Very pleased. The price is great.

After a couple years something has went out electrically. At about 2 months old the motor shear pin broke, fixed with a new pin.Outside of those it has been great, I just have to manually crank 1/2 turn and the button works again to ext/ret

Does the job but is loud. Sounds like it is going to fail any day. Was easy to install

Good jack and works well. Easy to install, just be sure you get the contact for the battery crimped on. That 'key' part was not supplied but it just means you have to pick up the connector at an auto store, and in 20 minutes or less all is golden!

To ground it you have to take the paint off. it s is too bulky for the propane tank covers to go back on and worse...when it stopped working after using it under 20 times it just stopped working. I lodged a complaint and life got busy. The rv in in the shop and I remembered I needed to send a video of it no working. AND just in the nick of time as my 1 year warranty was about to run out in a matter of days. I attempt to upload a vid and the place they are allowing me to prove, wont take it. I reduce it to 9 seconds and then its tells me its the wrong type of file. So I contact them and they tell me too bad...the warranty starts the day you buy it NOT the day you get it. But they will offer me a 10% off to buy another one. I tell them this is wrong and loaded a complaint against them and told them I would be leaving the best review I can give and to make sure no others are caught unaware by the shoddy product.

Easy for my husband to use

This is my second round using one of these. The first one died and warranty had expired. The only thing wrong with it was a corroded electrical part that probably cost no more than $10 dollars. LIBRA would not help me so l ended up ordered a whole new jack. To be fair the jack is sent with a cover that I never used. The new one has the cover this go around. We shall see how long it lasts. It is very easy to install and a good value for the price.
