I really like this product and found it aids sleep You need to take it everyday to notice a difference one here and there I don’t think makes a massive difference They are a higher end priced product by worth it They are bigger than a paracetamol but can be taken easy with a good drink of water. Worth a shot I would definitely reorder

Good tablets which help me sleep, they are lozenge shaped, but there is a white plastic round thing in the bottle with 'DO NOT EAT written on it in small writing. It must hold a drying agent. However, with the way that people throw tablets into their mouths in a rush, I would think that this is dangerous and could easily be swallowed by mistake. Hope nobody does this , cos I nearly did!

This is really helpful. Helps my body to relax and it really helps with the muscles. I used to get really bad cramps on my legs when I stretch and once I have started consuming this, it doesn’t do that anymore.
