This is by far the most delicious protein I've had. I'm really picky with the flavors and I hate the chemical taste or stevia after taste left in your mouth after some of the other brands. But this one tastes a little like a chocolate ovaltine. So easy to digest also. Since it's been so easy to drink this consistently throughout my day, I've finally been seeing results with my workouts. I mix it either with a glass of milk in the Blender Bottle or with some cold brew and a splash of milk . So happy I found this!! Just tried the vanilla flavor and it's like drinking a vanilla ice cream shake - so delicious!

Pros: * No cholesterol, HFCS/fructose, gluten, yeast, preservatives or artificial sweeteners. Does have some cane sugar and stevia, but it doesn't add too many calories. * Delicious, at least by protein drink standards. I get the chocolate, and it tastes almost like chocolate milk (if mixed with milk, obviously). There are other brands with substantially more calories that taste much worse. * Is isolate, not concentrate. Isolate is better as the peptides are not damaged by the production process. * Good variety of peptides, vs. being 50% leucine or whatever. Claims to have BCAA's also. Cons: * Serving size is a little less than some other brands, but you can just put in a bit extra if you want. * Some protein supplements (especially for weight loss) have fiber, this does not. Mixing is odd. Forms lots of tiny little clumps with a sticky texture, almost like bits of chocolate-flavored tapioca, but smaller. Definitely less clumpy than some.

My son uses this to make a shake in the mornings. He mixes it with bananas and peanut butter, probably ice cream too when I'm not looking. He's pretty picky but he likes this product.

I have just started using whey protein due to an increase in weight lifting. I was skeptical about using any whey protein and also a little daunted because there are so many brands. I decdided on this product because there were so many postitve reviews. Just from personal use, I really like it. I used it with water to decrease calories. It dissolved well, no clumps, no grittiness and no bitter after taste. It tastes good, even with water and thickens up in the water as well. It would probably be delicious in milk. For anyone starting whey protein and not sure where to start, I recommend this product. Purchase the small can first to make sure you like it.
