NUCOUN Receipt Printer VCP-80 80mm Thermal Receipt Printer, Serial USB Network Cash Box Interface (80 mm)；Connect VC-7 VC-3 Bill Value Counter with RS-232 Cable

Printer has been working for a little over a year with no issues and recently we did have an issue where it wasn't printing when hooked up to one of the counters, but I called the support number and what I assume to be the owner kindly helped me get it working again in a few minutes hence the 5 stars.

I was sent a refurbished unit after ordering. The rs232 male to male cable was missing, the other cables were crammed into the box and the roll of printer paper was already opened and half used. It powered on but wouldn't work. I requested a refund the same evening.

The printer works well. No issues so far.

will not work as a second printer for a cash register. might be good for a POS system, but does not work with cash registers.Edit - Need to adjust comm speed of sending device (cash register, POS, etc) to 115200, and after a power reset, it needs to have a manual POST done, or it doesnt communicate with the register. (hold feed button and then power on) It does work now.
