Natico Originals Non-Tarnishing Silver Fortune Cookie Paperweight, Desktop Gift, Resturant Decor (60-2700)

I read all the reviews on the fortune cookie before I bought it so I was prepared for the large size which I thought made it a better gift to give my adult son. Also, how often can you find something this unique where you are able to write a fortune for someone you love or respect. It is a gift that keeps on giving! The fortune cookie was in a beautiful black box to use as the gift box. The quality of this silver fortune cookie is outstanding. The price is very fair. I plan to order many more.

This is exactly what I was looking for! Now I did not order for anything spectacular but I can totally see why people ordered this to use for weddings, proposals, graduations and more! I am using it for a Christmas game we play with a Saran Wrap Ball ~ we wrap items up into a big Saran Wrap ball and have to unwrap the ball while wearing oven mitts and on a timer ~ whatever you unwrap during your time you get to keep ~ we put all kinds of stuff in them from candy to lottery tickets to gag items ~ so many options to use. This year this Silver Fortune Cookie is going to be my center (and last) item to be unwrapped with a grand prize in the middle. This Fortune Cookie is a little weighted, which is nice ~ it is not made of cheap metals ~ but not real Silver either ~ the message on the inside would have to be from you ~ you cannot personalized it before receiving ~ if you are looking for something like that I would recommend searching on Etsy for that!

So my story for wanting this is that I've been dating a very special girl to me. We went out for dinner one night and at the end of our meals we both got absolutely terrible fortunes. So, I got this so I could put my own message inside and gift it to her. It came with a piece of paper to write your own message on, but I ended up printing my own out. I used it to put a very important question inside for her. It made the question seem just a little more special. It worked perfect for me, so all 5 stars for me! She also started a new job where she'll be in an office a lot and this would make a nice paper weight or little item to put on her desk to think of us. Really nice build quality.

Beautiful! Nice quality; has some heft to it, definitely not chintzy! Planning to put cash in (with a fortune, of course) as a gift. There’s even a narrow slot for the fortune to peek out a bit. Wrapping in Chinese takeout type pkg for Christmas- going to bury it under a bunch of real fortune cookies!

I got this as a gift for a very special friend. You know, that friend that it is impossible to buy for, but for whom you really want to do something wonderful and unique. It was on the nose. Not only is he an Asian foodie, but he was delighted with the silly fortunes I enclosed. It's bigger than I thought, which is great. Great quality construction and a lot of fun. It's now on his desk. Everyone else was envious - my gift scored....

Just amazing- In fact more than I was expecting. Yes! It fits a ring. My photo shows the cookie with a quarter and my wedding band. They are very large (3" x 2" - hard to measure- they could be bigger) I could not use them for my original idea because they were bigger than anticipated. But I have kept them in my gift stash for a later time. Someone just asked if they were big enough for a ring-and I am responding with a review so I can post a photo of the item with a ring inside. What a GREAT idea!!

Got this as an anniversary gift (25 years) and was impressed the the heft of it as it really felt well made and the clasp is smooth to open and close. I liked writing my own little fortune on the paper they included. Have seen it elsewhere for much more money or cheaper built versions for more money, so highly recommend this one if looking for a unique way to give a gift.

I rarely write reviews, but I am so happy with this product that I felt inclined to do so. I ordered four of these Fortune Cookies for each of my grandchildren. It is the perfect token gift and I wrote a note and enclosed a money gift too. It is better than pictured, secure opening and closing. It came wrapped, placed in a drawstring velvet pouch and then placed in individual gift boxes. It was a perfect purchase from this company. Thank you!
