USA GEAR CPAP Machine Travel Bag - CPAP Backpack Compatible with XT Fit, AirSense 10/11 & Phillips Dreamstation

After breaking the strap on the case the CPAP came in while schlepping through airports, I was looking for a CPAP case that fits over a carryon handle, and they’re not easy to find. This one is sturdy, slides over handle (though a little tightly—you can’t just Whoosh! slide it down), has backpack straps, and is light enough that carrying it from its own top handle is not awkward or cumbersome. There’s enough room for extra supplies, like an extra tube, mask, whatever.I wanted one separate medical bag that airlines couldn’t take at the gate, as they’re often very strict—once you put a CPAP in a carryon, the bag is considered a general carryon, no longer protected by ADA (hence breaking the strap on my original CPAP case—they wouldn’t let me leave it in my small carryon at the gate when they were taking carryons). I usually carry some sort of backpack personal item, a wheeled carryon, and this. Because it’s so light, if I have to take it off the carryon, it’s not a pain to carry.I bought a medical bag tag that I hang off of it (not that airlines pay attention, but it might stop a few “she’s got an extra bag!” whiners).

Fits both of my old Airsense 10 and the new 11 just fine. Some reviewers indicated their CPAP didn't fit, they must have older models or something because mine fit great with plenty of room for other stuff. It is tough as well. Nothing broke or worn-out after 2 years of use and I travel a lot being in sales. I love the extra wide strap to fit over the handle of a suitcase. I also absolutely love how the top flap opens up which is unusual for a back pack but useful. Finally, all the walls are velcro so you can adjust according to your machine and extra stuff inside. Great item!

This does not fit my CPap, without taking it apart & not able to pack anything else with it!

First of all, I love this bag. Just bought this as I travel quite a bit, it is a functional backpack that has all the necessary compartments to carry my cpap. However, at the end of my first trip using the bag, the strap broke. It couldn't last for a 3 day trip.

Well made and functional but too small

Wanted a small backpack to carry my CPAP when. Traveling. It worked perfectly and protects my machine way better the cheap bag that came with it.

I bought this to help make travel easier and it has to a degree but can be rather cumbersome when trying to carry too many things of which I typically do. I feel safer with it though. It's durable and patted nicely to help cushion any impact, has many compartments, and allows me to grid it the way I want it. Another very kool benefit from this backpack is that it has space for me to put other CPAP-related supplies and carry other things like a laptop, small travel fan, extension cord, keys, paperwork, and wallet, to name a few. I'm glad I bought it.

I used this to carry my CPAP back and forth. It don't see a lot of wear and tear. One of the zippers has already broke. It doesn't have the space I thought it would have. It's okay I guess
