Yeah is a board with wheels, but sturdy, great price and interlocking if needed. I put my weights for a home sorta gym in a mild crate and I attached one with zip ties underneath to secure in place. just what i was looking for. crate is pretty heavy and still slid around- plastic on plastic, makes sense, but doesn’t lesson the product at all
