Great gill pan for home
My family loves to do Korean BBQ at home and this pan is just the right one for us. We usually just buy pork belly, jowl, and thinly sliced beef and grill them without marinating the meat. It is very easy to use and clean. However, if you like marinated meats, this pan is probably not for you as it will create a lot of smoke and sauce would stick on the pan easily.

Good product
My husband really enjoys using this grill for making our version of "Korean BBQ". The grill heats evenly and is easy to clean. We now own two of them!

You must buy!
Finally used this grill on Father's Day weekend. My favorite thing I bought for camping you do need something for the oil when it drips, but that's not a problem. I would recommend this for anyone who loves Korean barbecue.Ease of cleaning:Easy to clean, especially when we went campingCooking ability:Everything could pretty fast and well

Works great for grilling KBBQ on our Iwatani stove.
We've had the grill plate for about a year now and we've cooked a good assortment of marinaded meats and vegetables on it and it's performed as well as we could expect. We have a couple butane Iwatani and other stoves along side our induction top so an aluminum plate was just fine. The ridges on the base feet line up and set snuggly on the stove plates so the plate is stable while cooking. We've cooked marinaded short ribs, ribeye, shrimp, squid, octopus and various mushrooms and root vegetables on this and never had an issue with sticking or cleaning up after. Just let the marinade or juice cook up and you can peel it off with your chopsticks. The drainage hole is easy enough to deal with placing a small ramequin with a tissue or piece of paper towel into to help absorb and prevent splashing of grease.Otherwise I just hand wash it with some Dawn in the sink and store it in the box until next usage. Overall very happy it and would recommend giving it a try.

Wear on the pan from purchase
I bought a used like-new cook top but when it came the coating in the center of the grill was all scraped off. I ended up just rolling with it - normally I'd not mention this in the review since usually this kind of stuff funnels through Amazon but in this case the seller of the used item was the same as the seller of the new item.Considering I bought this because I've seen the coating listed as very durable I'm left wondering if someone used the hell out of this before returning it or if this one had a factory defect.Other than that I do like how non-stick the rest of the surface is and that it's pretty sturdy/thick too.
