50g of mag l threonate per capsule 38g of magnesium per capsule. Been using these for a while and best ones I've tried, no dodgy stomach pains with these cured my brain fog and restless legs, I'm also low carb so need the magnesium.. kathy

Q: Only 151mg Magnesium per 4 capsules?

My bottle says 4 capsules have 168mg. Don't forget that mg is a trace element, and not needed in bigger quantity.
