Fills you up
Fills you up with very few calories, but pretty necessary to only eat 1/2 package or less!

Great food, for what it is!
No real scent, and not much flavor. That isn't why you buy these. Very healthy, no calories to speak of, cook them with anything you want and they add texture, bulk, and take the flavor of whatever you add. Several different varieties available. We like the wider noodles.

Shriveled Spaghetti Noodles - Dry and Super Tough to Chew
I was excitedly awaiting the chance to be able to afford to try these. Upon opening the two spaghetti packs to serve for dinner, which barely contain enough product for two entree servings, in my opinion, however, the packages state they contain 2 servings...ha! One of the packages contained spaghetti noodles that were plump and juicy looking, while the other package contained spaghetti that was dried up looking, shriveled, and no amount of boiling and sauteing helped to replenish them. When trying to eat them, as we were determined to try to make it work after making the investment and anticipating the chance to try them for so long, they couldn't be chewed thoroughly, at all, creating a very unpleasant dining experience. Not to mention expensive. The packages are created with lots of wording/color blocks so you can't see the product well enough to know if it's defective prior to opening it. And that smell....even though I had already read to expect it, it was quite an appetite suppressant.I had planned on sharing some of them as gifts to share the preconceived notions of healthy pasta options with loved ones who are seeking other options, but now am very hesitant to offer up a potentially defective product. I wouldn't want them to waste their money and get their hopes up like we did.We definitely will not be ordering again. Will stick to eating zoodles I make myself, and mung bean thread noodles I found at a local international grocery store. Much more affordable and fewer steps to reach healthy deliciousness, minus the nasty smelling aromatherapy of dead fish scent.

Pretty delicious - can't believe they are so good!
What! These are AWESOME! In short - the liquid in the package smells fishy, yes. But, you dump that out and then I didn't really smell a fishy residue at all. The fishy smell reminded me of when my mom used to buy fresh fish and prep it and clean squid in the sink...so, you'd have to put your head right in the sink to be offended by it. But then again, I'm Spanish - I grew up on fresh fish!I followed the instructions (spaghetti) exactly - rinse, then boil, then rinse. The only thing is that the 2nd rinse made my noodles cold and I had already added some Scarpetta vodka sauce and fresh cherry tomatoes. So, I put it in the microwave for 1.5 minutes and it was still delicious! The noodles intack! Woo hooo!I am doing the 5:2 diet so LOVE, LOVE these on my fasting days. They pick up the flavor of anything and I cannot believe they are good for you. Celiac sufferers - enjoy!!!

I like 'em. They have a weird texture
I like 'em. They have a weird texture, and not much flavor. Not like wheat noodles or corn noodles. But if you are not eating grains, then it is great to have some spaghetti, and they will do. You get used to the texture, odd though it is. But if you make a good sauce, and sprinkle a little cheese on top, those flavors take over, so I still enjoy a nice dish of spaghetti. I have no problem with the smell. Yes, it is a little weird, when you open the bag. But if you wash, cook, rinse, and dry them, the smell is gone. To dry them, I cook them in a pan with no oil til they are pretty dry, and that eliminates the sliminess. If they had a better texture, and maybe a good flavor, they would be perfect. But it seems like these sort of no carb substitutes always have less flavor. They are, however, very filling, so they really satisfy your hunger.

Strange but edible
Box arrived damp, stinky, and moldy....all packages were sealed so I'm guessing another box leaked on them. I contacted the company and they were very responsive and provided a refund. Since the company was so responsive I decided to give them another chance. The second box also arrived damp, stinky, and moldy which was disappointing. I did not ask for another refund as they are all sealed and within their expiration date so I used them. The noodles themselves are just a little strange. It's hard to explain, they are sort of rubbery...a weird texture but edible. I would recommend eating them with sauce and not on their own. They don't really have any flavor so they take on the flavor of whatever you put on them. I'm not a big noodle person so a little went a long way with me. Because they are quite healthy, versatile, filling and basically no calorie/carb, I will continue to use them when I do make a noodle dish.

Superior Low cal, low carb, low sodium Noodles
I am a former Chicago runway model, 5'-10" 116 LBS, have had konjac-style noodles before for an uber low calorie filler food but they were very strong and smelly out of the bag - very off-putting. The first brand I ordered on Amazon were just like that too, but then I saw these had even LOWER cals and carbs so tried them and they ARE SO FAR SUPERIOR to others I have had. Their size and consistency is extremely palatable and they have absolutely NO smell, strong or otherwise. They have no aroma whatsoever which was so shocking to me as my experience was otherwise. The other strong-smelling noodles I would have to rinse with boiling water, then lots of cool water before using and these, I just cut open the package, pour them into a strainer, rinse with cool water, pat dry on paper towels so they better absorb flavors of the broth I make (low sodium chicken bouillon, with tumeric and black pepper), slide them into the broth and simmer for 5 - 7 minutes then enjoy over instant whipped potatoes. They have NO flavor out of the bag so you have to cook what you like into them. It's really shocking that these had no aroma out of the bag and they really have NONE, which is an exception to the other brands that can be quite strong and smelly. NOT appetizing-the other brands. I am so thrilled with these!!
