I love this cup so much for a fancy cup of tea I immediately bought one for my friend. However my friend said her husband accidentally broke her set on the first wash. I'm on my second set for this particular cup as I did have my original purchase break but that was after 6 months of owning it. I would recommend washing and drying with extreme care as the cup handle seems liable to easily breaking. Some might be disappointed with the gold detailing along the base of the cup as it looks almost hand painted/wobbly. Still one of my favorite cups to feel fancy during an afternoon tea.

La taza es muy bonita, los toques de dorado se ven muy elegantes, es de facil limpieza y no pesa mucho, la cuchara es muy funcional y ligera, me gusto tanto que termine comprando todo el set de tetera, taza, plato y estante, vale mucho la pena

These tea cup sets are Beautiful! Light weight, lovely, and not just for display, these are usable! After first checking to make sure the dishes arrive without cracks, gently wash, and note the following tips: There are some specific ways to use porcelain cups and saucers, and teapots to help keep them intact. Never directly pour hot boiling water into cold cups or teapots! Always preheat cups and teacups with hot water, not boiling water. Before pouring the boiling water, let the kettle settle from active boiling first. When ready to serve into cups, set a metal spoon into the preheated cups, then pour the tea or water directly onto the spoon. This helps prevent sudden cracking of temperature. Now enjoy! These are so nice! I will be purchasing more of these items to make a complete set!
