Ok product
The product seems too thick and it is hard to use. It took me few times to get my screens right. I would like to get a product that works right away.

Finally figured it out. Figured it out!!
I purchased this product with the idea of trying new emulsions out. I usually use Bayslayer from Screenprinting.com. I landed on this one because it seemed to be a little easier per the product description. The product came as advertised with no issues with packaging. The screens were coated and left to dry overnight. I did not take I to account the humidity was high at my shop locationa and they needed a little extra time to dry. Once completely dry I started to expose. One after another kept appearing to be overexposed. I had a hard time believing the 15 second advertised time so I started at approximately 30 sec. I went up and down on time and after about 6 screens I was right back where I started.....using way to much needed pressure to even get any image to wash out. I gave up on it and went back to my old emulsion. After about a week I walked into the shop and saw the rest of the L.E.D. emulsion sitting there and gave it another shot. This time it worked perfect!THIS EMULSION IS EXTREMELY LIGHT SENSITIVE!!The time I was pulling it from my screen storage and setting it up on the exposure unit and then moving it outside to expose it was already too late. The trick I found to work perfect is expose it in "my" exposure unit. (LED) for 15 seconds as advertised and then immediately removed it and took a spray bottle with water in it and wet it down and let it sit in the corner for approximately 2 minutes. Then I relocate to the outside wash station and with normal garden hose pressure sprayed out the image. With this technique I have had great success with amazing detail.Hope this helps you out!Cruze

Don’t listen to the noob reviews.
Don’t listen to the noobs here.I have a diy exposure unit with some UV stops I got on Amazon and some particle board. The LEDS I have 30watts and about 6 inches from the screen. Strips are about 1 inch apart and they cover an area of 20 x 24.Screen exposes in 10-15 seconds just fine. It’s thin so be careful with it dripping while drying.

This was the worst purchase
This emulsion was not suitable. I have an LED exposure unit. I purchased this based on the recommendation that it is for LED Exposure units. I exposed this with a meter and never could get this emulsion to adhere to the screen properly, even after a thorough cleaning and degreasing. May work for some but definitely was temperamental for me.

Horrible. Burn time given is way off...like minutes off.
Original Review - Washed out of two screens that burned for over 30 minutes during exposure tests. Led light bulb. waste of money but thanks to prime I will return. Asked seller questions and he stopped responding. 11 sec burn time was the time in the instructions. No instructions in the box.Updated Review - Went and bought a uv led exposure unit (although I didnt want to) and the screen STILL washes out, even after a the quoted 11 seconds. So I burned for 2 minutes. No go, STILL washes out. Ive tried over 7 screens now and only one stayed. And that was at 2 inches at close to 4 minutes. Not happy at all but now I've used so much emulsion I don't know if I can get a refund smh. So upset but what can I do. And now I have a fancy exposure unit that I didn't want to buy. Only reason it got two stars is because it works at around 4 minutes (not counting the post hardening that's required to keep the screen from washing out in prints). I'd probably be better off with regular emulsion and a flood light (yay electricity bill)
