Absolutely a fun build! Advise you take your time and ensure you confirm it's the correct part. With the instructions it may be easy to mess that up and mistakenly use the wrong piece. Otherwise a fantastic build and worth the buy.Side note, the army mini figures could be better and have a better functionality for the black hawk but if you're buying it for the build the minifigures aren't the main factor.

I love lego style helicopters and this is an amazing model of the Blackhawk. It is also a great value, as similar models can easily run three times the price. However, I was surprised at the number of small parts on this build - it is easy to accidentally use a similar looking part and then feel like you are missing pieces. I also felt like a lot of my time building this was spent hunting for small parts in the box. But that being said, now that it is built, it looks awesome. I opted not to put the “red cross” decal on my model, as that cross would not be used in real life unless the ship was unarmed. Also, I chose not to put the human figures on display as I feel their equipment and facial expressions cheapen the awesome quality Blackhawk model. Lastly, this is not sturdy for kids playing with it, but best as a display piece. I recommend this model.
