This is an amazing case for my MacBook Pro. I was skeptical of the fiber texture but it works out well.

This case fits perfectly, however, the screen gets weighed down by the case top. I have yet to see if the hinges get affected by this.

It's well built and covers the laptop well, but it does not really snap on well and is a little loose on my MacBook. It also adds bulk in a way that a skin does not. I am going to move on to getting a sleeve, as skins are finicky to apply.

I always put shells on my MBs and Airs that I buy in our family. I've tried several, and this is the best I've seen. The fit and finish is great. The feel-in-hand is amazing. The thickness of the material is more than I expected (but not too much. It sits unobtrusively along the edges with modest clips that grasp the screen/laptop lid and base.There is a noticeable difference in the recessed lid grasp area where you open the laptop...that shell clip just above the camera takes up a bit more space so the lid is slightly more difficult to open, but I don't notice it anymore...I'm reassured that the shell is firmly attached to the laptop screen.I've had a Spigen phone case before, and I'm reminded now why I liked that case so much. They understand what grippy hand-feel should be for devices. Spigen is on my best-brand list now when I'm looking for accessories.

I wanted something that wasn't bulky, but would protect the outside of my Macbook and didn't want something that had to be applied in some way. This fit great, and looks nice. Really like everything I have ever bought from this brand and look for their products when I can get them.

I have no clue what the geniuses at Spigen were thinking, but the top lid of the case started BENDING my display. And it wasn't actually due to the top lid bending the case, it was because the two clips on the bottom part of the case, essential for fitting the bottom plate, was BENDING the top lid. It was great I caught this and took off the case, or else I don't know what long term damage could've happened to my macbook.No, not recommended. I've used this case for 2 months now. I was ok with it before I discovered this issue. A shame because the fabric finish is niceI'm not sure if the fit is intended for another variant of the macbook pro 14 or something. I have the M1 max here, maybe m3 will fit better. In any case, issue is a dealbreaker.
