Samsung quality
I like the phone very much, just wish they weren't making smartphones so BIG these days. By the time you put a case on this thing, you'd better have large hands to hold it comfortably. It takes a few minutes to remove the unwanted apps, but not as bad as some. If you need to open the SIM card tray for any reason, be careful. The SIM card is very small and can easily tumble to the floor without you knowing. The phone responds to what you're trying to do very quickly. Might take a while to get use to the size, and I'm not a small person. Bought a holster so I don't have to carry it in my back pocket. Worth the money. I do wish it had come with a charger, but that's becoming an industry standard for budget phones and they do warn you it doesn't. Another feature I appreciate is the choice to just charge the battery to 85%. That keeps the battery from overheating and it will last longer. All-in-all, love the phone.

Great phone at a great price!
I bought this phone to replace a Samsung phone I bought about 4 years ago that was compatible with the phone system in my new car. The reason I replaced that phone was because it was not compatible with the new security system for my home. This phone is loaded with great features and has great resolution and has a fast processor! I highly recommend this phone. Comes with Android 12, 5G and 64GB of memory. Works only with Tracfone service and can use the 90 day calling plan with roll over of unused time.

Quality is exceptional
So, let me start off by saying this... this phone is 100% the "more bang for your buck" product. However, like everything before it and after it... some features are EXAGGERATED. First off, this phone does NOT have a LONG battery lifespan. While it will last you the whole day (or at least should for MOST people), this also depends on how much you use it and what apps you use on it. For example, if all you use it for is calls and text, then this will probably last you the whole day and then some. If you play games on this, you'll roughly get around 4 hours, depending on how intensive the games are. If you are watching YouTube videos, you'll probably have a good 5 to 6 hours of chill time. If you're listening to music with the screen off, I'd say about 6 to 8 hours of jams. That said, I am someone that is CONSTANTLY using it, running multiple apps (Chrome, Discord, etc) and it has maybe 3 hours of constant or semi-constant use. Which obviously, for anyone who's not addicted to the internet, is probably enough, but I feel the advertisement of having all this battery life and then being cut short on it, is frustrating. Lastly, while you do get 4gb of RAM, about 80% of it is used just to run the phone at all, so you get like... 1gb of RAM. That said, at least you still have about 40gb if storage (after uninstalling as much bloatware as possible and disabling all the crap you'll never use). All and all, worth the $80, but a tad bit deceptive.

Reliable, easy to use phone.
This is my second 1 only because my original suffered years of dust, getting wet a few times, drops (had a good case) and multiple charging cycles, the charge port was able to outlive the phone. Ordered a carbon copy. Easily transfered my data and apps. Within minutes phone was activated. It did take most of an evening for all the updates to install. Voice quality, signal range, screen are all great. Hence my second 1 of same model. I seldom buy the same electronics due to support. I can say, so far updates have been great over the years. Activation was easy thru Tracfone website. Followed directions and was able to call, text within minutes. This model is somewhat old by today's standards but for me, it's more than held its value. The phone I replaced was still working great, just charge problem. That being said if I had to point out any flaws is that no charger comes with phone. Otherwise, my new 1 works great. My only suggestion is get a screen protector and a good clamshell case. Think of them as an insurance policy for your phone.

Nice first smart phone.
Bought it for elderly mother. She seems to like it. It’s her first smart phone and she finds it pretty easy to use. She sometimes finds it hard to use the fingerprint reader, but she just puts in her pass code no problem. She is able to take pictures no problem, but the quality could be a little better. She has no problem hearing the ring and also talking on the phone. All and all a good first smart phone.

Good phone
We bought this as a replacement phone for a previous tracfone that we had. We do not use the face recognition so I cannot comment on that feature, however, the battery life is far better than the previous phone we had. On the previous phone, it would need charged about every 2 hours or so and with this one, the battery will last the whole day. We did buy an otterbox case for it so that it wont get damaged easily. We are farmers so the phone is exposed to a lot of dirt and debris and gets dropped or thrown a lot but this phone is holding up well

Good value for the money
I have used it now for just over a month. The camera gives exceptionally crisp and clear photos which is very important since I'm a process server and bought this for my work. It has been reliable and i've had no problems with it. I do wish they would have included a USB C to the older USB standard instead of just USB C to USB C since my computer and wall adapters which I have don't have a USB C port in them and they didn't include a wall adapter in the package. The battery doesn't last as long as I would have expected but that may just because my job apps use a lot of power; it's usually down to 27% by the end of the day if I haven't done anything to charge it. Having said that it's an excellent value for the money and I'm very satisfied with my purchase.
