Curtain Pleater Tape Set, 6 Yards, 15 PCS Stainless Steel Hooks, White

The media could not be loaded.  This was my first time using pleat tape and it was such a breeze! I love the finished product. Cut it with SHARP scissors as the threads like to fray. I appreciate the top line that shows you where to sew so that you don’t accidentally close the hook pockets. The pockets are very sturdy, your hooks aren’t going anywhere. The spacing was perfect (I skipped a pocket to create my pleats.) the price is just right. I also like the thickness, it gives the top of the curtain a nice structure. I used bed sheets to make these cafe curtains so I needed some rigidity at the top. Great product! Love that it came with pins as well.

I am in the process of making my own french pleat curtain panels. This was a simple product and easy to attach to standard curtain panels. The pins included are a good size and offer two options for how you want your pleats to hang. The pins are made of metal and sturdy and able to hold the wait of the curtain panels easily. If you want to avoid spendng money on costly custom drapery, this is an excellent option for doing it yourself.

Application: custom 108” finish drapery for sliding door.Tape: Rugged, stem pockets are sturdy, never tore.Hooks: Adequate. The metal gauge could have been a tad greater giving more rigidity to pleats.

This was my first time using this type of pleater tape. Material was as requested but no directions were included with it. I will be returning it.

These pleaters help convert cheap curtains for rods to use rings or allows some to make their own curtains much easier.
