How can it be gluten free if it has wheat grass? Does it contain spirolina?

Absolutely not possible that it is gluten free. It is 110% not possible to harvest wheatgrass in mass and not harvest any of the seed shells that contain gluten. Never take any supplements that contain wheatgrass if you have celiac, and keep in mind it is only in the vendor's best interests to make you think otherwise.
