Great product, helps with night Sweats n hot flashes.

I have been taking these for 7 days now, but it was just after two days that my hot flashes were gone! I have high anxiety and just found out am entering menopause...yikes! I could soak at night in my sweat numerous times and not to mention the very frustrating hot flashes. Am very grateful for this product.

Been taking these for a little over 2 weeks and honestly I'm not sure they are really doing anything for me. Everybody responds to supplements differently, it may just be me and my body chemistry. Menopause throws everything out of wack anyway so it doesn't surprise me. This isn't to say it won't work for you, it just might.....it's a 50/50 shot, all you can do is try them. At least there haven't been any adverse reactions so I'll give them 3 stars just for that alone. 👍

I had bought this product instead of my regular DIM product my hot flashes were worse they ever! It may work for some but not me
