Are these knives left handed with the cutting edge on the opposite side of traditional knives ?

These knives are of good quality don't rust from washing them in dishwasher my daughter who is left handed used them and had no problems thought they were of good quality as well

There was no warranty info and the Chinese maker won't respond. Avoid.

We are given the option between 420j2-e and 420j2-g. what does this mean; what is the difference? is one of these more dishwasher safe?
