Drum Quietly, Play Boldly! 🥁
The Quiet Cymbal Pack is a 5-piece low volume drum cymbal set designed for drummers who want to practice without the noise. It includes 14" hi-hats, 16" and 18" crashes, and a 20" ride, all crafted from thickened metal for durability. With a sound that is 60%-70% quieter than traditional cymbals, this set is perfect for use in apartments and other noise-sensitive environments. Plus, it comes with a free cymbal bag for easy transport.

Inexpensive and yet Pro Quality
I’ve played drums for more than 40 yrs and have played to best. I needed something more quiet for smaller venues. I took a chance on these cymbals. I use them for everything now. My bandmates like them bc they’re not super loud. I have more than a month of play time on them and they’re played like normal. I take them on my gigs. No one misses the higher-end cymbals. I’m not seeing any signs of wear or damage. If you’re debating about it they’ll hold up, then dont. Just Do It! It’s a $100. They will hold up to the abuse. They are shimmery and blend well.Note: One thing to take note of these cymbals have a smaller sized hole and will need an undersized cymbal sleeve. I have dw stands and it required I take a Tama sleeve/wing nut and make mods to it and slip it over the dw threads. To me that wasn’t a big deal. Dw threads and sleeves have a larger diameter than Tama. The mod was cut the wing nut off and split the sleeve down the middle to slip over the threads. Nonetheless it took a whole 10 mins to remedy. If you get these cymbals, then consider getting a pack of Tama wing nut sleeves. No mods required for the hihats. The hihat clutch worked fine.

Low volume cymbals suck!!!
Low volume cymbals suck! Yes, that’s right! I’ve tried them a lot of them from Zildjian, Sabian, Evans, And Trick to name a few. None of them “Wowed” me and they ALL sounded very similar with varying differences in tone/pitch. For $100 bucks you’re getting low volume cymbals that to me are in the ball park with mentioned brands above. Those other brands are running up to $400 bucks. Do yourself a favor and buy those if you’re intent is for low volume practice cymbals. They sound great for what they are. If your expecting these to sound like custom K’s your obviously going to be disappointed. But these sound really good for what they are at a price that justifies the intended purpose! Save your other hard earned dollars for real quality cymbals to play live. I do believe you can use these for situations where subtle cymbals are needed. Hope this helps!

Looks and sounds great
The only issue with these which I think is true for most cymbals like this is the hi-hat is very tinny and weak. BUT if you use a normal brass cymbal on the bottom Hi-hat it sounds great.

Band Practice balanced
Arrived fast, well packaged and now our sound at band practice is balanced. Like many, we rehearse in a basement family room, with our PA and amplifiers turned low. Using drum mutes, our drummer could balance the sound a bit, but the cymbals would overwhelm everyone else. These low volume cymbals were exactly what was needed. No having to modify technique to not deafen band mates!. Nice shimmery sound for practice, too.

FOH and band mates will thank you.
The media could not be loaded. I’ve been blessed with the opportunity to be in the music scene since I was around 12 years old. I’ve played just about every genre between Patsy Cline to Pantera. Trying to keep your cymbals at a reasonable volume with your hands can be a huge task that always seems to fall short. Baffling discs just add to the footprint and requires extra setup and tear down which as a drummer we all know the struggle is real. These lil beauties are the real deal if you want the feel and response of cymbals without killing the stage with wash and killing your bands ears. I thought for the price I would be getting a product that I’d have to be gentle with. I couldn’t be more happy and only regret would be I didn’t find them sooner. I will be buying another set just to have for backup or setup for practice. 4 stars on sound quality only because I would like to see 15” hats because I know they would sound even better

A little louder than high end quiet cymbals.
I only use these as crash cymbals, because they are not good enough to use for ride or hi-hats. But, for the price they are awesome quieter crash cymbals! If they are a little too loud for your environment, you can muffle them various ways. If you are a serious drummer, spend the money for good quality ride or hi-hat cymbals. I use Sabian Quiet Tones.

Surprisingly good!
The media could not be loaded. I’m a hard hitting, loud drummer. I’ve been using these for a week. Just played my first gig with them over the weekend (video attached) and they got the job done beyond my expectations!

For the money these are awesome cymbals!
I bought a set of acoustic drums to replace my E-kit. Let's face it, they are not the same animal. Acoustic drums feel different and play different. If you want to learn articulation and overall better your technique, acoustic drums are the way to go. I needed a good set of not so loud cymbals to practice on. But I didn't want ones that sounded like trash can lids. These cymbals are great. They are about 70% the volume of normal cymbals, so still loud, but your not making everyone deaf in the house. The only thing I don't like is the hi hats. They make an annoying vibration when they are closed tight. They sound decent when you release the pressure off them and the less pressure on the peddle the better they get. The other cymbals have a bright and enjoyable ring. I highly recommend for practicing at home.

Great quality to price
Highly recommend these if you’re after quieter cymbals - but look elsewhere if you’re in an apartment and need really quiet cymbals (L80’s). I recommend combining the free splash and large crash for a great sounding trash crash. Also, you will need to put small amounts of duct tape on the underside of these to remove the harsh overtones, but they all sound great once you find the right position for these. Hi hats are pretty average but you can’t win them all. Overall extremely happy with the price of these and quality. Don’t imagine you can play them extremely hard though.
