first time I bought 10 cameras to check how it works for our transportation company, it was perfect, good price, good recording. No problems at all. Later I bought 32 cameras, then I bought 4 more, and planning to buy a little more to install it for all our vehicles. Customer Service is very nice, they sent me some mechanism to record video 24/7, still waiting for delivery

Simple easy to use. WORKS. Set up is easy. records right away. Love that I don't need wifi or blu tooth. I got FOUR for ALL my CARS n Trucks.

Great cam and works just as it should. Very well engineered and thought out. Lets you choose default length of clips 1,2 or 3 minutes. A 3 minute file is a third of a gb so you get 9 minutes per gb. Red flashing light on the screen shows it's recording when screen is on. When screen saver comes on, 30 or 60 seconds by choice, the red flashing light goes away but a blue flashing light comes on to tell you it's recording. Sound pick up is fine and if someone in the passenger compartment is speaking it comes out clearly. To hear sound at all clearly you need to watch the files on another device. The files created on the sd card are the .ts type which play fine in Windows media player, but I understand a special viewer is needed for Apple products. The viewing screen is tiny and can be used, but nothing in video quality compared to when you view it on a computer or tablet. Be aware that this particular cam does not have wifi capabilities to view clips on your phone. Since these are pretty large files that could be pretty slow anyway. The angle of view of the cam is large enough to clearly see both sides of the road and more on the side for regular streets. The resolution is good, but not good enough to read license plate unless they are right in front of you. The color is good in daytime. I've not done nighttime testing. This is a front cam only. If you want rear view you'll need more. I mounted the cam right behind the rear view mirror and it is hardly visible. The cam is smaller than a normal sized fist. The downside of this is that you can't see the cam screen or recording lights at all unless you move the mirror. But I think for most people, the use of the cam is to catch something in an accident or similar, not to watch the screen. The recording seems absolutely reliable so it doesn't need to be checked. The izeeker support is some of the best I've had from any online seller on Amazon. I've had need for support as my car's cigarette lighter stays on after turning off the car which keeps the unit on and recording. Hard wiring into the fusebox would fix this and I thought I was going to have to buy all the parts to do this, but they are sending the hard wire kit free of charge, postpaid. The support was prompt and to the point. If that is an AI bot, they've come a long way. Only reason for 4 stars not 5 is that on my cam there seems to be some issue with the sd card latch mechanism. I've used these before and this one seems harder to latch and unlatch. Still, definitely recommend. UPDATE 5-29-25: Whoops...they can't send the hardwire kit after all. Following submitting the review I received this message from IZeeker support: "My warehouse colleague told me that our package cannot be delivered to your address at present because of the adjustment of US tariff policy. As a sign of our apology, we are willing to extend the warranty for your dashcam order for an additional year. Do you agree? Thank you for your support and hope to get your understanding."

I’m incredibly impressed with this dashcam, especially for the price. The picture quality is excellent — clear and sharp during both day and night driving. It also has great memory capacity, letting me store plenty of footage without constantly worrying about running out of space. What really surprised me is that I previously owned a very expensive dashcam, and this one outperforms it in every way. The video quality, ease of use, and reliability are all better, and I saved a lot of money. This dashcam has exceeded my expectations, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great value and performance.

Worked fine for about 8 months and then completely died. It has power, but the screen does not come on, and it stopped recording video a few months ago.

So I got this back in March and used a memory card I purchased separately off Amazon. It was fairly easy to setup and attached to the window easily.... So now it's October and I can say it's one of the best purchases I've made on Amazon. And really everyone should have one in their car. And for the price it's within anyone's budget. Thank God I havent had any accidents but I've captured a lot of near misses. I live in Jersey and people drive crazy in this state. And should I ever have an accident, I'm confident this camera with document what happened. I had an issue with the memory card I was using and contacted the seller who was very nice and sent me a replacement at no cost - and it was a good one - SanDisk... I actually bought this camera over others based on the good reviews that mentioned the excellent customer service. Cassie from Izeeker answered my emails promptly and was very nice 👍 All in all I haven't had any issues with the camera. People complaining about the suction cup - if you clean the window well with alcohol it should hold well. I been through cold weather and a hot summer and it never came down even once. I haven't had any issues with the card reformatting that I seen a few people mention and the video quality is good and reliable. Hope this review helps!

Been using this for 3 months travelling within BC and sometimes between Calgary and BC. When i review the videos each week, there are maybe 2 or 3 with error messages that will not open ( hopefully, this won’t happen if an accident happens and it can be captured on video). Image quality is really good. I’ve used a 128GB micro-SD and the trick is to format it to FAT32, not the default format for this SD card. Otherwise, you’ll get an error message when inserting into the camera.

Great camera and very good value for money. The picture quality is really good and its easy to use.
