What’s the heat rating?

Can't honestly say but I used it to make an oven to heat treat finish on some parts. Held the temperature at 300 for 1 hr with no issues. Pannel look like new. I not sure how high you need to go but I can verify 300 degrees for 1 hour was no issue. Hope that helps.

Will this product work if secured underneath The vehicle and not in the cab ?

It sticks fairly solid but I don't think it will stand up to water. It's three layers . Aluminum foam rubber and adhesive. The foam will soak up water like a sponge and eventually cause the product to fail. It was intended for interior hollow places in a car to deaden sound migration.

Can this be applied to the Undercarriage ?

No. This is intended for interior use only.
