Q: How long is the coverage on my Citizen Watch?

Your Citizen Watch comes with a five-year, limited coverage. When you register your watch online or through our My Citizen App, you will receive an additional coverage year free, for a total of six years coverage.

If you know your model number, go to our brand website and search or browse for your model. When you're on the product page, the setting instructions are listed at the bottom of the "features" section.

Q: How do I get a manual for my watch?

Setting instructions can be accessed through our website and our My Citizen App (available for iOS and Android). To obtain the instructions specific to your watch, you will need to provide the Movement Caliber Number on your watch's caseback.

Q: Can I buy a replacement strap or links for my watch?

Straps, bracelets and links may be available for certain Citizen watch models. To find out if a replacement strap or part is available for your Citizen Watch, please visit our new self-service portal.

That’s no moon, that’s a space station!” This imposing watch from the men’s classic Star Wars™ | Citizen collection, the Death Star 2, features the intimidating Death Star on a black and white two-tone accented dial. This new timepiece has 3 hands that appear as lightsabers™ accentuating with a glow of destiny. The luminous face highlights the X-wing fighter, and the 12 and 6 markers are angled to evoke the famous opening crawl of the Star Wars films, while the uniquely designed dial creates a domed effect giving the illusion that it is a 3D image. The angular black IP case surrounds the Death Star with many luminous details. The stainless-steel black bracelet fastens with a fold over clasp with push buttons and illustration of the Death Star is depicted on the case back with the Star Wars logo. This technological terror of a timepiece is powered by Eco-Drive technology and never needs a battery; it is powered by any “galactic” light source.

The coolest of all Star Wars Citizen watches

It comes in a cool box, the watch is exactly what you see in the ad and expect. At 42mm it is the perfect size for all wrists. It is very professional looking meaning you can wear it anywhere and don't need to feel like you are an out of place nerd with a star wars watch on your wrist. I love the looks, it does take a bit of direct sun to get it charged, but so far it is exactly what I had hoped for and expected. The shipping was fast.

Was sent in a bag

The watch was sent in a postal bag rather than a box. Thankfully the watch was not damaged but watch's packaging was. Something this expensive and delicate should not be sent in a bag.

I purchased this watch for my son who is a big Star Wars fan. The watch is interesting and definitely a conversation starter. I like that it is Eco Drive.

Husband Loves It

I bought this for my husband for christmas last year in 2022 and he is a die hard citizen's watch collector! It illuminates in the dark and keeps time of course with the eco-drive. We both grew up when Star Wars first came out so it was huge surprise when he opened the box!
