Great product
Super great product. Lasted very long and has the capacity for playing video games. I miss having one. And comes with a pen for drawing.

Hinge broke
I bought this March 22nd 2022…. And the hinge broke first week of April 2023!Super frustrating. Use this laptop daily for work. Would have random issues over the last year. Not bad but the breaking part is upsetting

Decent but can run slow at times
It has been a good computer but runs like it has bloatware on it. I’m pretty computer savvy but it could just be windows 11

Didn't even last a year and the motherboard died.
I had a few issues with it and was always able to hold down the power button and get it to come back. One day it wouldn't boot up at all. Took it to a shop to have it looked at and the motherboard was toast.I loved the look and functionality of the machine, but this is the second HP I have owned, and will never own one again.
