It effectively works!!!
The smell sucks doesn't last that long (definitely longer than an hour.) But hell, I can breathe. That's all that matters. I keep a box of tissues by my bed and a benzedrex and in a moment my congestion clears so I can breathe in my sleep. The relief is all that matters

Great product
This stuff works! Clears me up 100% and then some especially when I have a cold and my nose is all plugged up.

It really works!
My daughter was feeling stuffy for several days. None of the otc meds are working. She has a big trip coming up so we decided to try this and to our surprise it worked great! She is feeling much better

Nasal inhaler works but hard to open
I used this product when I had a severe cold. An inhaler is much more pleasant than a spray. It did a good job of opening my nasal passages. The tube was brutal to open. I had to have my husband open it.

Smells like I can smell again
Works excellent. Smells like doughnuts, lol. I prefer cooling mint. Regardless it does the job well. Price is perfect. Delivery punctual, served with a 😁

Better than spray alternative
This is so much better (and portable and cheaper) than Afrin!! And it's not a liquid, so fewer issues through airports!

Wonderful over the item product that you don't find in many stores

Never again
It wasn't until I received the inhaler that I actually went through the questions because I was sure I was doing something wrong because I couldn't get the cap off. Turned out, I was far from being alone. I tried all suggestions - push down when turning, use pliers, run under hot water and find a strong man to help. None worked - not even the strong construction worker who thought I was crazy when I asked for his help. How did I get the cap off? With a saw. Yes, a saw. And after all that, I found the inhaler not even as effective as Vicks. Don't buy unless you're good with power tools.

Saw this product reviewed by a Pharmacist. He warns of overuse like any other nasal spray decongestant. Also discussed similarity to meth amphetamine which was scary. I only use it once or twice a day when allergy hits bad. Very convenient to use. Not a very nice scent with menthol overtones. No side effects on me, other than ability to breath.
