These gummy rings taste great and are easy to take every day. I like that they include apple cider vinegar, B12, and chromium for energy and digestion support. I’ve felt a small boost in my daily energy, and they fit easily into my routine. Overall, a nice supplement that’s enjoyable to use

Taste great, and they aren’t too badly price especially if you get them on sale. I will say my appetite has gone down a little. But not by much I usually have an insatiable appetite. It only curbs it a tiny bit. I’m hoping by the time I finish one month out of the two month dose I got I will start to see results.

Love these gives me energy, apple flavored but can’t really taste it as it’s not strong once a day in the morning and you’re good to go, sizing is like a peach ring, they also help crave my sweet tooth so the quality is great.

I'd first like to say I think these do work, I noticed a lack of hunger after taking them for a week, the only downside for me was, in my case bad head aches. I had to stop taking these because, I was getting unbarable head aches and it took a pain shot at the doctor to make them stop each time. I'm not saying don't try them, I'm only saying if it happeneds to you, it's the gummies or, rather something in them iether not agreeing with you or mixing with a medication you are on. I'm not sure which but, I'm assuming it's one of those things causing the problem. As for taste, they are quite delicious and a good, sweet apple flaver that made me want more than one. But, I honestly never did that, because, I didn't want them to not work they way their meant to, which is one gummy per day. I wish I could get my money back, but, sadly it's gone.

One of my biggest complaints about vitamins in general can be taste. These actually taste amazing. They don't smell bad and the texture isn't offputting. I can't say for sure that these are responsible, but the first day I took one in the morning I noticed an immediate improvement in how I felt within an hour or two. I wasn't beginning to experience my normal mid-day struggle and still had a little pep in my step. So whether that is just my head playing games with me or an immediate result of the gummies, who knows? If anything changes, I'll be sure to update my review.
