I recently purchased the Lee Kum Kee Light and Dark Soy Sauces, and they’ve quickly become staples in my kitchen! Whether I'm preparing stir-fries, marinating meat, or simply adding a splash of flavor to my soups, these sauces are perfect for every need. The light soy sauce has a lovely, delicate flavor that’s great for seasoning dishes without overpowering them. It’s perfect for adding a savory depth to vegetables and seafood. On the other hand, the dark soy sauce is richer and slightly sweeter, making it ideal for braising, giving dishes a beautiful color and full-bodied flavor. Both bottles are of excellent quality, and I can really taste the difference compared to other brands. The packaging is also sturdy and easy to pour from, with no mess! Pros: • Basically liquid gold for stir-fries, marinades, and emotionally comforting noodle bowls • Actually tastes like soy sauce, not salty sadness • Makes you feel like you know what you’re doing in the kitchen (you don’t, but it’s nice to pretend) Cons: • May cause you to judge every restaurant’s soy sauce for the rest of your life • Bottle runs out too fast because you start adding it to everything, including toast • Will not fix burnt rice, emotional baggage, or relationship issues Final thought: If flavour had a final boss, this would be it.

The normal soy is thick and full of flavor I've not used the lite yet.
