Recommended for self myofascial release
I bought this item for a myofascial yoga training that I am taking. They recommend a lot of the RAD products for self my official release techniques. This ball seems to be good, it’s nice that it comes with a pump. I also like that it has a guide for how to use this product with different techniques and different areas to roll out/massage. I would recommend this product to anyone looking to do self my official release and self massage.

My new favorite self massage tool.
I've used tennis balls, lacrosse balls, raqurt balls, Theracane, and a foam roller. I have a tendency to overdo it, and regret things the next day. But this is amazing. Pump up firmly for more pressure, or leave it squishy. Fits perfectly behind neck, under lower back, and reaches upper traps well. Rolls over SI joints without pain. I probably look like a dog rolling in stuff when I use it. But I can put my full weight on it in almost any position. Don't tell my massage therapist, but I think this just put him out of business.

Great tool!
I love this little guy. It’s perfect for getting into spots hard to reach with a foam roller. The pressure is nice. However, is there a way to adjust the air in the ball after you inflate it? 🤔

Perfect for musculoskeletal problems
Love that I can easily adjust the firmness using the included pump. I use the ball under my back while lying flat to relieve pain from poor posture.

Easy to use
It inflated easily with the included pump. It is comfortable and easy to use.

First day
First day using this and I feel as though I’ve discovered the secret to a healthy body. I do rigorous martial arts training daily and have used rollers, massage guns, electric, movement, and other forms of muscle recovery relief therapy. This has become my favorite after only one day of use (although I used it a lot!) worth every penny and seems like it would be a permanent addition to my recovery routine, maybe even replacing most if not all of the others, or at the very least working in conjunction. Released painful shoulder tension, got to areas in my abductors that I couldn’t fix before, and amazing back massage tool. Wow 10/10. Love that’s it’s BPA free unlike some other options out there. Just get one!

Magic
I've used a lot of massage tools and found them to be too hard - they seem to do more damage than help. I've abandoned all the other stuff since getting this one - the shape and ability to control the pressure mean there are almost limitless ways to use it, and you can use it anywhere (including on the stomach, and on injured areas) without concern. Like other reviewers, I've found the included inflator to be faulty - you can't actually inflate the ball the fully - but since I prefer a bit less pressure than traditional lacrosse balls and hard rollers, this hasn't been an issue for me. Love this and everyone I've recommended it to has loved it too.

Not worth it
I was excited to get this but I'm so disappointed with it. The ball would not fully inflate no matter how much I pumped it and I had a 2nd person trying as well. The pump is a nighmare. Was much smaller than expected, pretty useless. Not worth it. Just received today and it's going back!
