Simple Reliable Gallon Slider Bags At A Sensible Price
TL;DR: Solid, no nonsense gallon slider bags that do exactly what they claim at a very fair price. Nothing fancy, just dependable everyday storage. These Amazon Basics gallon slider bags are the kind of item that quietly earns its keep in the kitchen. The plastic is a reasonable thickness for everyday use and does not feel flimsy or prone to tearing when you fill them with leftovers, cut vegetables, or snacks. They are not industrial grade freezer bags, but they are more than adequate for normal food storage and organizing. The slider works smoothly and seals consistently across the top. I like that I can close the bag with one hand while holding a container or spoon in the other. The seal passes the quick squeeze test without leaking air, which is really what matters. I have not had sliders pop off or misalign, which has happened with some off brand bags in the past. Capacity is true gallon size, so you can comfortably fit larger portions, bulk items, or several smaller containers inside. The box design makes it easy to pull one bag out at a time without the rest spilling everywhere. For things like marinating meat, portioning soups, packing food for trips, or even storing non food items like small toys or hardware, these have been straightforward and reliable. Value is the real selling point. You are getting a large count of functional bags for a lower price than many big name brands. There are no extra features or marketing gimmicks here. They are simply well made slider bags that arrive as described and perform as expected. If you are looking for a practical staple rather than a premium specialty product, this is a very sensible choice. Thanks for reading!! Reliable as brand name zip-lock bags
Haven't had any "derail" so far (zipper comes off track and won't open or close bag). Just as good as more expensive brand name in my opinion.

Bought these three times already, solid quality
I’ve already repurchased these bags three times and use them regularly. The quality has been consistent — the plastic is thick enough that it doesn’t tear easily, even when storing heavier food. The slider zipper works well and seals tightly without getting stuck or popping open, which has been an issue for me with other brands. The quart size is practical for snacks, leftovers, and portioning food, and the bags hold their shape fairly well when filling. Overall, they’re dependable and do what they’re supposed to do. No issues so far, and I’ll likely keep buying them as long as the quality stays the same.

Decent quality for the price
These bags are pretty decent. I have noticed an issue with repeated openings d closing of the zipper part of the bag. With repeated use of the zipper unless you punch the slider with your fingers with a little pressure, after repeated use, the sealing part of the bag will become unsealed. For the price and quantity you can always just toss them after a bit.

“A Lightweight, Ziploc-Like Option for Everyday Storage”
I recently tried the Amazon Basics Slider Quart Food Storage Bags for organizing snacks and small leftovers, and they’ve been a handy addition to my kitchen. These bags are thinner than Glad freezer bags but feel very similar to Ziploc branded bags, making them a solid choice for light-duty use. Quality and Build: These bags are clearly built for affordability. The plastic is noticeably thinner than Glad freezer bags, lacking that extra heft you’d want for heavy freezing, but it’s on par with standard Ziploc bags—flexible and functional. The slider mechanism is smooth and reliable, sealing with a satisfying click, and the expandable bottom is a nice touch for standing them up while filling. They’re lightweight and compact, perfect for pantry or fridge storage. Performance: For my purposes—storing dry snacks, sandwiches, or small portions—they work great. The seal holds tight, keeping things fresh, and I’ve had no leaks with dry goods or light liquids like sauces. They’re similar to Ziploc in feel and performance, though I wouldn’t trust them for heavy-duty freezer tasks like Glad bags handle; they’re not as thick or robust. Still, for quick storage or packing lunches, they get the job done without fuss. Value for Money: This 120-count pack is a bargain. They’re cheaper than Ziploc or Glad, and you get a ton of bags for the price, making them ideal for bulk use or casual needs. If you don’t need the thicker build of Glad freezer bags and just want a Ziploc-style bag at a lower cost, these are a no-brainer. Minor Notes: The thinner material means they’re less durable—don’t overstuff them or expect them to survive rough handling. The slider can feel a bit flimsy if you tug too hard, but it’s held up fine with normal use. They’re best for short-term storage rather than long-term freezing, given the Glad comparison. Overall: The Amazon Basics Slider Quart Bags are a practical, budget-friendly alternative, thinner than Glad freezer bags but close enough to Ziploc for everyday tasks. They’re perfect for light storage and organization, and the price-to-quantity ratio is tough to beat. 5 stars for value and convenience!

Good price and quality.
These are good bags, and they close well. They are made of heavy plastic to store food well. Opening is easy, and so is filling them.
