Can this fit on a dog’s head? (Odd question, I know.) :)

It would depend on the dog’s size. It can fit an adult’s head so yes, it would fit if it was a larger breed. It is a mostly a wire circle with flowers attached that ties with ribbon in the back so it’s somewhat adjustable size-wise.

What is the fabric? polyester, 100% silk, etc?

I don’t think theres any fabric on it. Just flowers glued on. I’m not sure but it’s soft.
