Shinier tha any competitor's "black stainless".
appears to have a plastic film on the doors. Not as depicted in Amazon photo. I was told by Amazon that there is no plastic film on the doors. I would not have purchased a "black stainless"" appliance with a "mirror finish"

Functionality
This was the worst appliance I ever purchased. The ice maker broke after a a couple of months and know one could repair it. No local service locations so it is still broken.

Too loud
It makes this awful vibrating noise in a pattern that you can literally hear through the wall and it only does it sometimes. I cannot count the amount of times this thing has woken me up.
