Works as intended
Faucet works like a charmer. No more wasting water if someone forgets to turn it off.

Works great but very sensitive
Looks nice, easy to install with adapters at the local hardware store. Very sensitive. I can wave at it from 2 feet away and it will turn on.

Works well, sensor seems a little too high though
The media could not be loaded. So a few weeks ago, I decided to install a different touchless faucet in my kitchen. It went horribly. The faucet's control box leaked mercilessly. I ended up scrapping the faucet and getting a non-touch faucet for the kitchen. However, I still really wanted a touchless faucet for the bathrooms. So I decided to give this model a try. I immediately opened the package to inspect the control box when it arrived. I wanted to make sure I could install pipe thread tape to reduce chance of a leak. This control box was designed differently from the one I previously used. It seemed solidly constructed and made to avoid leaks. So I decided to go ahead with the install. This kit contained everything needed for the install, except the 6" plate to cover extra holes if you're swapping this faucet out where there was a 3-hole faucet and you will need to supply (4) AA batteries for the battery box and the plate. Without the plate, those two holes are unattractively left exposed. I was able to find a 6" plate on Amazon; however, it had not arrived when I installed. This faucet requires the Hot and Cold supply lines to connect to a regulator. This regulator then connects to the input of the controller, mixing both hot and cold water. There is a knob on the regulator that allows for adjustment of hot to cold water ratio. Then, the output of the control box connects to the input of the faucet. It took more time removing the old faucet (might need a faucet wrench) and prepping parts with pipe thread tape (which is included!) than actually installing the faucet. Make sure you screw in the short side of the threaded pipe into the faucet, leaving the longer threaded section to go under the sink. Once I had everything setup, making the connections was easy, provided you have necessary tools. Once all the connections were made, I tested it for leaks. Not one drop! Amazing. Then I made the electrical connection and tested it out!Success. The faucet turns on when it senses motion and immediately turns off when it stops detecting motion. This may or may not work well for your use case. I do find that I must wash my hands a bit higher in the sink than normal since the sensor seems to detect at a greater height than expected. Something to also consider when looking at this faucet. All in all, I do like it. However, it does have some cons that should be taken into consideration before pulling the trigger on this purchase. Again, I found it easy to install and it does what it is supposed to do. Keep in mind, you will need the 6" plate if you are switching from a 3-hole sink. Still, I think it is worth it!

Didn’t last
Loved the faucet until it stopped working after 1.5 years. Had no more water pressure. After all of the trouble shooting didn’t work I ordered a new one but wish the 1st one had lasted longer.

It's okay but sensor too sensitive
The faucet tip is a very small size so it is hard to find adapters for the aerator if you want to attach anything to it. Also, the sensor is much, much too sensitive so when I walk up to the faucet the water turns on when I don't want it to. Other than that, it works okay.

Another easy problem free installation.
This is a nice faucet. It's tall and looks great. I got the oil rubbed bronze one, and it looks so nice. The faucet is angled a bit out towards you, so if you have high water pressure, it may splash back to you. Not towards the faucet when washing hands. I turned my pressure down a little (my shut off valves) and it's great now. No splashing me and it works. It was a quick install. They have the colors on the hoses red and blue so you know which one was hot and cold even after screwing them in. That's great. The attaching of the hoses wasn't hard. I used my wrenches. It uses batteries only. You need to get 4 AA batteries (I used my rechargeable batteries so I won't go through them as fast). You have to pull the white cover open to get to the battery compartment, then unscrew with a Philips head screwdriver then screw it back on.It comes with screws for you to mount the plastic case to the wall once set up. The whole process didn't take super long. It had a roll of plumber's tape in there too.The faucet can swivel left and right. It angles out towards the outside of the sink, which is nice since I've had some that weren't and where I had to place my hands to activate them (the shorter versions I have) it would make the water splash back onto the area where the faucet is. The only reason this one was splashing was because I put mine in a pedestal sink that's not the biggest, and the water angle is a bit closer to the edge of the sink and the fact that the water is coming from so high up and my hands can't be low into the sink to not splash and that the water was so forceful. Once I lowered the water pressure, it fixed everything. I change the water temperature under the sink, set it and leave it. It's a really nice one, and the faucet I was replacing luckily had the knobs close together (I've had some that were far apart and didn't fit the base) and I was able to use the hole cover that came with it. It looks nice with it. If yours are too far apart, you don't use that, and put the faucet on the sink and you need to get sink hole covers to match.I'm happy with this. It activates when I need it to, and stops when I don't need it. My sink is low, so I bend over it, and I sometimes accidentally activate it with my chest, so that's a plus as I can put my hands lower in the sink and it'll deactivate when I move away. It doesn't always happen, but often enough to be useful, haha.Overall, it was an easy install. Once you get your old stuff uninstalled, it's straightforward. Maybe it's super easy since I was on my 8th one similar to this (8 bathroom sinks since I have double sinks.) Either way, even when I was on my first one like this, it wasn't too hard. I do wish there was an option for the power plug, but it works with the batteries, so I can't really complain.

Good faucet
I like the touchless feature and it was easy to install. However, I wish I could adjust the sensitivity of the sensor. It does go on even if I just stand in front of the sink. It also was not easy to adjust the amount of water and the temperature as you had to adjust it under the sink with the valves. It would be nice to have some way to adjust it on the actual faucet. Overall, once it is adjusted, it does work well though.
