Good item but needed melting with a little water for what I needed it for (cheesecake recipe) had to google this. There were no instructions and this is a block of paste not a jam. Once I knew what to do it was fine

It's delicious, thick, and not too sweet, just like it says. Will order again.

I use it mixed into cake for an unusual flavour.

Don’t like taste as much as item with sugar, but I’m sure I’ll get use to it in time.
